  • Sales tax collections for fiscal 2014 were 12.9 percent higher than in fiscal 2013.
  • The U.S. consumer confidence index was 88.7 in November 2014, 14.5 percent higher than one year earlier
  • The Texas region’s consumer confidence index was 113.9 in November 2014, .6 percent higher than one year earlier.
