A Ribbon Cutting ceremony was held on February 22 for the Phase I Surface Water Treatment Plant located at 1420 East Pearl Street. The City of Granbury has begun design on the first 2.5 million gallons per day (MGD) phase of an ultimate 7.5 MGD water treatment plant.
