The Granbury Young Professional’s focus is to identify and grow emerging leaders, to attract and retain young talent, and connect them to business, civic, and social opportunities.

Summit Schedule

11:00 AM - 11:30 AM - REGISTRATION & NETWORKING

Location: Lake Granbury Conference Center Foyer

We’ll be eagerly awaiting your arrival on the first floor of the Conference Center in the lobby. Collect your name badge, check out the non-profit exhibitors, then head out to the Boardwalk to check out our business exhibitors, grab some coffee, and make some amazing connections!

11:30 AM - 12:00 PM - LUNCH SERVED

Location: Lake Granbury Conference Center Ballroom

Lunch service will begin promptly at 11:30 am in the downstairs Ballroom. It is open seating unless your company is a sponsor with reserved seating. Reserved seating will be marked accordingly. 

During registration, you selected your meal preference (regular, vegetarian, or special allergy request). All individuals will receive a regular lunch, unless you have a color-coded meal ticket in your name badge. Hand your meal ticket to your server so they can accomodate your request.

Teena Putteet Conway is a native of Cresson, Texas, having gone to school for two years in the Cresson Historic school that is now a museum. She is a Granbury High School Graduate as well as earning a BBA from Baylor University.  After marrying and raising her family in the DFW metroplex, she returned to her hometown after being gone for 40 years. 

Teena took office in May 2020, after having ran unopposed for former longtime Mayor Bob Cornett who retired. Teena did not draw an opponent for this upcoming May election.

Her mission for running is to CLEAN UP CRESSON and position this small town to attract quality businesses and loving families to her hometown.
